摘  要:针对科研用大型仪器设备在地域以及需求单位布局配备不均的问题,建设高校分析测试中心大型仪器共享平台,推进仪器共享使用,是一种重要的措施。以具有公用性和开放性的大型精密仪器设备为基础,配备专业技术以及学历组成合理的实验室管理人才队伍,建立分类设置的特色实验室和网络预约管理系统,以及有效的运行机制;经过不断探索,共享平台实现了大型设备的开放共享,提高了设备利用率,为学校、技术企业、科研院所的教学及科研发展提供先进、高效的支持。实践证明,构建仪器设备资源共享技术平台,是实现资源共享、提高设备利用率、发展节约型社会的重要途径。In order to solve the problem of uneven distribution of large instruments and equipment in the region and the scientific research units,it is an important measure to build a large-scale instrument sharing platform and promote the sharing of instruments in universities. On the basis of public and open large-scale instruments and equipment,as well a reasonable team of laboratory management personnel with professional skills and educational background,a special laboratory and the network reservation management system and an effective operating system should be constructed for campus and outside users. Through constant research and study,the opening and sharing of large-scale equipment is realized,and the utilization ratio of equipment is improved. It provides advanced and efficient service for the development of teaching and researching of school,as well as the technical enterprises and research institutes. The practice has proved that the construction of instrument and equipment resource sharing platform is an important way to achieve resource sharing,improve equipment utilization,and develop a conservation minded society.
