摘 要:目的了解湖北省18所三级甲等医院临床护士工作环境感知现状并对其影响因素进行分析,以期为良好护士工作环境的构建提供参考。方法采用护士一般资料问卷和中文版护士工作环境感知量表对2291名护士进行问卷调查。结果护士工作环境感知得分为(3.08±0.67)分,6个维度得分分别为临床工作制度保障和排班(3.23±0.46)分、护理管理(3.20±0.52)分、医护协作(3.14±0.59)分、专业实践(3.06±0.45)分、专业发展及参与决策(3.00±0.52)分、人力和物力(2.73±0.67)分;多元线性回归分析显示,护士工作环境感知的影响因素为科室、护龄、月收入。结论护士工作环境感知度处于中上水平,医院管理者应实施合理的薪酬分配制度,给予充分的人力物力支持,及时了解护士各发展阶段的心理需求,构建健康的护理工作环境,以提升护理服务质量。Objective To investigate the status and analyze its influencing factors of nurses'perceived working environment in 18 third class grade A hospitals in Hubei province,so as to provide references for the construction of better working environment for nurses.Methods A total of 2291 nurses were investigated with general information questionnaire and the Perceived Nursing Work Environment-Chinese(PNWE-C).Results The work environment perception score of nurses was(3.08±0.67),and the scores of the six dimensions of clinical work system and scheduling,nursing management,health care cooperation,professional practice,professional development and decision making,human and material resources were(3.23±0.46),(3.20±0.52),(3.14±0.59),(3.06±0.45),(3.00±0.52),(2.73±0.67)respectively.Multiple linear regression showed that department,nursing age and monthly income were the influencing factors of nurses'work environment perception.Conclusion The nurses'perceived working environment was above average.Hospital administrators should implement a reasonable salary distribution system,give sufficient human and material support,keep up with the psychological needs of nurses at all stages of development,and construct a healthy nursing work environment to improve the quality of nursing services.
