摘  要:科教融合是本科教育改革的重要推动力,是国家培养创新型、拔尖型、卓越型人才的重要渠道。实施科教融合的实践路径包括构筑学科专业一体化建设与发展模式、实施科教融合的研究性教学改革、健全强有力的外部保障与内部激励机制等。中国矿业大学(北京)通过实施本科生全程导师制、构建以探究为基础的人才培养模式、探索本科生和研究生教育协同机制、完善教学和科研资源共享共建模式,贯彻科教融合理念,提升人才培养质量。The integration of scientific research and education is an important driving force for undergraduate education reform,and an important channel for the country to cultivate innovative,top-notch and outstanding talents. The practical path of implementing scientific research and education integration includes constructing the development model of subject and major integration,implementing research-based teaching reforms that integrate scientific research and education,and improving strong external guarantees and internal incentives. Through implementing undergraduate full tutorial system,China University of Mining and Technology builds an inquiry-based talent training model,explores undergraduate and graduate education collaboration mechanisms,and improves the sharing model of teaching and scientific research resources,which carries out the concept of integrating scientific research and education and promotes the quality of talent training.
