摘　　要：地方院校汉语言文学专业师范类学生的就业能力不容乐观。其原因一是办学定位不精准,人才培养方案不切实际;二是课程设置与培养模式没有突出师范特色;三是就业指导不够细致,未能根据学生实际择业理想和就业能力进行有倾向、有重点、有目标的指导。地方院校对于汉语言文学师范类专业学生的培养要准确定位,结合地方实际情况制定汉语言文学师范类专业学生人才培养方案,要改革课程设置与培养模式,突出师范特色;应当在深刻了解和分析中小学教育和学生就业市场就业前景的基础上,合理规划设计该专业学生的人才培养方案,引导毕业生更好地在就业市场中找准自己的定位,树立自身的职业理想,以提升地方院校汉语言文学师范类专业学生的就业能力,培养出具有扎实专业基础与职业技能的新时代大学生。The employment ability of normal students majoring in Chinese language and literature in local universities is not optimistic.The first reason is that the positioning of the school is not accurate and the talent training plan is unrealistic.Second,the curriculum setting and training mode do not highlight the characteristics of teachers.Third,the employment guidance is not detailed enough,not according to the students'actual career ideal and employment ability to have a tendency,focus,have a goal to guide.Local colleges and universities should accurately orientate the training of students majoring in Chinese language and literature as a normal major,formulate a talent training program for students majoring in Chinese language and literature according to the local actual situation,reform the curriculum setting and training mode,and highlight the characteristics of teachers.Shall,in the deep understanding and analysis of primary and secondary school education and student employment market employment prospects,on the basis of reasonable planning and design of the students of the major talent training plan,guide the graduates to better in the job market for their own positioning,set up their own professional ideal,in order to enhance local college Chinese language and literature major students'employment ability,cultivate with solid professional basic and professional skills of the new era of college students.
