摘　　要：人力资源管理专业作为高等职业教育的一门应用型专业,可以锻炼培养学生解决实际管理问题的能力,满足实践的需要。人力资源管理专业教学中应该将理论研究和岗位工作实际相结合,完成知识传授、能力培养和价值养成等多方面功能。目前专业在实践教学中过度强调知识的灌输,缺乏工作过程的培养。基于此,探索“专业课程链”和“岗位能力链”相结合的人力资源管理实践教学模式,强化实践教学内容和方式,搭建实践教学平台,完善知识传授、工作过程训练,才能更好地发挥职业教育的功能。As an applied major in higher vocational education,human resource management could train students'ability to solve practical management problems and meet the needs of practice.The teaching of human resource management should combine theoretical research with practical work,and complete functions such as knowledge transfer,ability training and value development.At present,professional practice teaching overemphasizes the indoctrination of knowledge and lacks the tra ining of working process.Based on it,a practical teaching mode of human resource management with"professional course chain"and"post ability chain"combined together is explored by enriching the content and method of teaching,building practical platform,improving training plan in knowledge transmission and working process-based training,so as to give a better play to the function of vocational education.
