摘 要:目的了解无锡市食源性疾病的流行病学特征,为预防和控制食源性疾病的发生提供参考依据。方法从食源性疾病监测系统导出2016—2018年无锡市食源性疾病监测病例信息,对数据进行描述性流行病学分析。结果3年共上报11082份病例,6—10月为食源性疾病高发期,监测报告例数有7719例,占69.65%。18~60岁年龄组为高发人群,占61.2%。对3590份标本进行病原微生物检测,阳性率为21.8%,其中副溶血性弧菌、致泻性大肠埃希菌、诺如病毒、沙门菌、志贺菌阳性率分别为6.9%、5.4%、4.9%、4.5%、0.1%。可疑食物以肉与肉制品、水产动物及其制品、水果类及其制品较多。按进食场所统计,发生在家庭中的居首位,占61.2%,其次为宾馆饭店,占15.3%。结论6—10月为无锡市食源性疾病的高发期,家庭是食源性疾病发生的主要场所,副溶血性弧菌和诺如病毒是主要致病微生物。Objective To investigate the current status of surveillance of foodborne diseases in Wuxi City so as to provide evidence for preventing and reducing the occurrence of foodborne diseases.Methods The information about monitoring of food-borne diseases in Wuxi during 2016-2018 were collected from the Foodborne Diseases Surveillance System,and then descriptiveepidemiology was used to analyze the data.Results A total of 11,082 cases were reported in the past three years,and the period from June to October was a period of high incidence of food-borne diseases,with 7719 cases,accounting for 69.65%.The age group from 18 to 60 years old is the high incidence group,accounting for 61.2%.Among the 3590 samples,the positive rate was 21.8%,among which the positive rate of vibrio parahaemolyticus,escherichia coli,norovirus,salmonella and shigella were 6.9%,5.4%,4.9%,4.5% and 0.1%respectively.Suspicious food to meat and meat products,aquatic animals and their products,fruits and its products more.According to the statistics of eating places,the occurrence of food in families was the first,accounting for 61.2%.Next are hotels and restaurants,accounting for 15.3 percent.Conclusion The peak incidence of foodborne diseases occurred from June to October in Wuxi City.Vibrio Parahemolyticus wasthe main bacterial pathogen of foodborne diseases,and Norwalk Viruses was the main viral pathogen of foodborne diseases.
