摘  要:基于调查高校青年教师培训需求,发现青年教师总体培训需求较高。不同性别、学历、专业类型、授课类型、是否具有教师资格证的青年教师,在培训需求各维度上均不存在显著差异;工作年限在2-3年的青年教师在师德素质、专业知识素质、教学技能素质、高校相关知识素质各维度以及总均分上均显著高于工作年限在1-2年和1年以内的青年教师。在此基础上,提出基于专家系统的高校青年教师培训系统理论模型,试图解决目前高校青年教师培训工作存在的问题。By investigating the training needs of young teachers in colleges through the New Teacher Training Needs Research Questionnaire,it is found that the overall training needs of young teachers are higher(M>4).There are no significant differences in training needs among young teachers with different genders,educational background,professional types,teaching types and teacher qualification certificates.The dimensions and total score of young teachers with working years of 2-3 years are significantly higher than that of young teachers with working years of 1-2 years and less than 1 year in terms of teachers'moral quality,professional knowledge quality,teaching skills quality,and relevant knowledge quality in universities.According to it,this paper puts forward a theoretical model of the training system for young teachers in Colleges based on the expert system,and attempts to solve the existing problems in the training of young teachers in colleges and universities.
