摘  要:从人际关系、专科技能、管理新政的切入、沟通协调、创新创造能力培养5方面分析跨科新任护士长面临的压力,从平稳过渡、共享治理、底线思维、我信息、利他思维、揪痛点等应对措施进行阐述,希望能为跨科新任护士长进行团队建设提供思路。The pressure mounted on new head nurse across departments was analyzed from five aspects:interpersonal relationship,professional skills,the initiation of new management policies,communication and coordination,and the cultivation of innovative and creative abilities.The coping measures such as smooth transition,shared governance,bottom line thinking,my information,altruistic thinking and grasping key points were elaborated in order to provide ideas for team building of new head nurse across departments.
