摘　　要：中国式管理控制方法包括孔、孟、儒学的软控制,法家的硬控制及道家的"无为而治",借鉴中国式管理控制方法对于解决高校教学团队的管理问题,提高高校教学团队管理控制水平将大有裨益。The Chinese management control methods include the soft control of Confucius and Mencius Confucianism,the hard control of Legalists and the"govern by doing nothing that goes against nature"of Taoism.The management problems of teaching teams in colleges and universities can be solved by using Chinese management control methods for reference.It will be helpful to improve the management and control level of teaching team in colleges and universities.
