跨文化交际视角下中医术语英译策略探究

摘　　要：作为中医文化对外传播和交流的使者,译者在中西跨文化交际中,应该充分考虑中西方文化的异同以及西方读者的文化传统和文化心理,灵活采用不同的翻译策略传译出中医术语的文化信息。中医术语中文化共核词的翻译应兼顾形式与内容;文化空缺词的翻译应兼顾指称意义与文化意义;文化冲突词的翻译应兼顾译语读者的文化传统与文化心理。In Chinese and western cross-cultural communication,the translator,the envoy of spread and exchange of TCM culture,should fully consider the similarities and differences between Chinese and western culture and western readers'cultural traditions and cultural psychology to interpret the cultural information of TCM terms by flexibly using different translation strategies.As for translating culturally-shared words,the translator should take into account both form and content of them;as for translating cultural-vacancy words,the translator should consider both referential meaning and cultural meaning of them;as for translating cultural-conflict words,the translator should take into consideration both cultural tradition and cultural psychology of target language readers.
