摘 要:知识经济时代,人是企业发展的关键要素,在招聘中增强情报意识并且恰当运用情报方法是企业人力资源部门和管理层、决策层应该思考的问题。本文通过问卷调查和深度访谈,从企业中/基层人力资源从业者和企业高层人力资源主管两个角度,对企业招聘中的竞争情报现状、不同层级人力资源从业者的情报意识进行分析,最后给出企业在招聘中如何树立情报意识、有效开展竞争情报活动的建议。In the era of knowledge-based economy,talent is the key factor of enterprise development.Strengthening intelligence consciousness and using intelligence method appropriately in recruitment are the issues that should be considered by human resource department,management and decision-making levels.Through questionnaires and in-depth interviews,this paper analyses the status of competitive intelligence activities in enterprise recruitment and the intelligence awareness from the perspectives of middle/base human resources practitioners and senior human resources managers.Finally,it suggests how to establish intelligence awareness and effectively carry out competitive intelligence activities in the recruitment.
