摘  要:立德树人是高校的立身之本,德育是立德树人的根本途径。课程思政是实现高校德育功能的重要途径和有效举措。课程思政可以丰富高校德育的内容和形式,是高校德育的必然选择。课程思政的德育功能的实现,可以通过开展"好课堂"创建活动,以标准引导,师生参与推动课程思政;党员"三联系"和学业导师制,可以深化全员育人;组织"青年说",搭建青年交流互动平台,及时把握思想动态,因材施教,有针对性育人。The talents cultivation is the foundation of universities and the moral education is the basic way of talents cultivation.The ideological and political education course is the important method and effective measure to realize the moral education function in universities.It is the inevitable choice which can enrich the contents and modes of moral education.For realizing the moral education function,"good classroom"can be set up to promote the ideological and political education course,"three relation"of party members and tutorial system can be carried out to deepen talents cultivation,and"the young talk"can be organized to put up the communication platform for the purpose of cultivating talents in accordance with their abilities.
