摘　　要：牧野笃教授是日本东京大学教育学院教授、博士生导师,高龄社会综合研究中心副主任,日本社会教育学会常务理事,日本文部科学省终身教育审议会委员,日本知名的终身学习理论和近代教育思想研究者。本访谈从日本国内弥漫已久的“超老龄化社会悲观论”切入,围绕学习观念的重新解构,日本对高龄社会的教育应对,以及老龄化持续发酵的背景下如何审思未来社会重构,如何认识作为社会基础建设的“学习”,分享了牧野教授关于日本文部科学省应对代际矛盾,青年人归属感薄弱,人对社会的不信任感等问题组织“人生100年时代构想会议”(2017)的始末和民间实践,提出建立新的社会发展模式,探寻少子老龄化社会的出路。中国当前也全面迈进老龄化社会。日本基于转变学习观念以及构筑“小型社会”理念下的政府举措与民间实践,对我国未来的社区建设及社区教育发展有重要的借鉴意义。Atsushi Makino,professor and doctoral supervisor of the school of education,university of Tokyo,Japan,deputy director of the comprehensive research center for advanced age society,executive director of the society of social education of Japan,member of the lifetime education committee of the Ministry of Education and science,and a well-known researcher of lifetime learning theory and modern education ideology in Japan.This interview from Japan was already a long time of"super pessimism"an ageing society,around the learning concepts of deconstruction,Japan-social education,as well as the aging of continuous fermentation under the background of the future society how to consider refactoring,how to realize the social basis of the construction of the"learning",sharing the makino professor about Japan's science ministry to intergenerational conflict,young people a sense of belonging is weak,the problem such as people's distrust of social organization"life 100 times council"(2007)had a and private practice,through the establishment of new social development model,to explore the outlet of Jane's an ageing society.China has also stepped into an aging society.Based on the change of learning concept and the construction of"small society"concept of Japan's government measures and folk practice,to our future community construction and community education development has an important reference significance.
