成人高校工商管理教学团队建设的实践与思考——以北京市丰台区职工大学为例

摘　　要：教学团队的建设是提高成人高校教学质量的重要措施,是提高人才培养质量的核心建设要素,是学校生存和发展的基石。文章通过对北京市丰台区职工大学多年来在教学、科研、实训基地和教师队伍建设方面实践的归纳和总结,提出了课程建设是核心、教材建设是基础、队伍建设是关键、评价体系是引导、实践基地是重点的思考。通过营造和谐的合作氛围,打造优秀教学团队来适应当前教育改革的需要,推动学校的内涵式发展。Teaching staff construction is an important means to improve the quality of teaching in adult colleges. It is the core construction element of talent training as well as the cornerstone of the survival and development of schools. Based on the practice and research of teaching, scientific research, construction of training base and teaching team in Beijing Fengtai Workers’ University over the years, this paper points out that curriculum provision is the core, teaching material construction is the foundation, team building is the key, evaluation system is the guidance and the training base is the focal point. Through creating a harmonious cooperative atmosphere and building an excellent teaching team we can adapt to the needs of current education reform and promote connotative development.
