菜籽粕制备植酸钙及其精制工艺条件研究

摘  要:本研究主要对采用最优条件提取的植酸钙精制过程的影响因素进行讨论。确定最佳工艺条件:用20°Bé的HCl溶液调植酸钙粗品溶液pH值至3.0,反应10 min,离心过滤,取上清液;常温下在上清液中搅拌加入总液量的4%的活性炭;过滤取清液,再用20°Bé的NaOH溶液调过滤的清液pH值到5.0;搅拌反应1 h,过滤得固相物质;固相物质用蒸馏水多次洗涤脱盐,过滤、低温烘干、粉碎得精制植酸钙。在此条件下得到植酸钙的杂质含量最低,收率较高为77%。In this study,the factors affecting the refining process of calcium phytate extracted under the optimum conditions were discussed.To determine the optimum technological conditions:the pH value of crude calcium phytate solution was adjusted to 3.0 with 20°BéHCl solution,the reaction lasted for 10 minutes,centrifugal filtration,took supernatant;stired 4%activated carbon in supernatant at room temperature;filtrate extractafter,The pH value of the clear liquid filtered with 20°BéNaOH solution was adjusted to 5.0;stirring reaction for 1 h,filtration of solid matter;desalination of solid substances by washing distilled water for many times,purified calcium phytate was obtained by filtration,low temperature drying and crushing.Under these conditions,the impurity content of calcium phytate was the lowest,the yield was 77%.
