摘　　要：主要组织相容性复合体(MHC)是医学免疫学课程学习过程中的重要内容之一,也是教学中的难点。多年来免疫学教师一直在探索更合适的教学方法帮助学生更好的学习掌握MHC内容。针对MHC教学中遇到的问题,结合MHC的知识特点,本文从做好整体教学设计、构建扎实的知识体系和应用灵活多样的教学手段等方面对MHC一章的教学方法进行总结和探讨,以期达到既有创新性教育理念又具有理论知识科学性和系统性的教学效果。The major histocompatibility complex (MHC) is one of the important contents in the learning of the course Medical Immunology,which is also the key and difficult chapter for teaching.For many years,teachers of immunology keep exploring more appropriate teaching methods for MHC to help students master the knowledge much better.According to the issues arose during the teaching of MHC,combined with the characteristics of MHC knowledge,this paper summarized and discussed the teaching methods for MHC from the aspects of overall teaching design,establishment of knowledge system and flexible and diverse teaching methods,which is hopefully to achieve the teaching effects of both innovativeness and scientifically systematic knowledge.
