摘  要:本科人才培养是我国高等工程教育的根本和中心。在人工智能本科人才培养方面,美国高校走在了世界前列,其中卡内基梅隆大学是美国人工智能专业领域的翘楚,也是本科人才培养的高地。本研究对卡内基梅隆大学人工智能专业的本科人才培养模式进行了深入分析,发现其一以贯之"以学生为中心"的培养理念,具体表现出三个显著特征:强劲的学科支撑和个性化培养;跨界复合的培养理念和系统的课程设置;校企间自由跨界流转的师资等。本文也从三个方面:跨学科整合、创新学位授予制度;以学生为中心,构建高水平定制化的课程体系;校企联合,构建跨界融合的人才培养平台,为我国高校方兴未艾的人工智能专业创新人才的培养提供了启示和借鉴。Undergraduate talent training is the center and basis of higher education in China. In the field of artificial intelligence, Carnegie Mellon University takes the lead, which is also famous for its undergraduate talent training. Based on the analysis of its training mode of artificial intelligence major, this paper finds that its student-centered cultivation philosophy has three features: strong disciplinary support and small-size classes, interdisciplinary training and systematic curriculum setting and high-quality teachers studying different disciplines. In addition, Carnegie Mellon University has also innovated its degree-granting system, constructed the high-quality curriculum and built the talent training platform through school-enterprise cooperation. The talent training mode in Carnegie Mellon University is helpful for the innovative talent training of artificial intelligence in China.
