摘  要:高速列车车轮多边形磨损会加剧轮轨动力相互作用,引起车辆/轨道结构振动异常和部件过早失效,造成安全隐患。采用现场试验的手段,研究出现高阶车轮多边形磨损的某高速列车车轮镟修前后通过桥梁和隧道区段时的轨道振动响应情况。结果表明,与镟修后相比,车辆镟修前通过桥梁段时钢轨、扣件弹条和道床板振动明显加剧,隧道段钢轨和扣件弹条振动明显增大。车轮镟修前由多边形引起的振动在轨道各零部件上均有明显体现,并且容易导致弹条共振,镟修后该特征频率附近峰值明显下降。车轮多边形引起的桥梁段道床板垂向加速度振级高于隧道段,镟修后桥梁段比隧道段振级降低更多;在车轮多边形激励下隧道段轨道相比桥梁段具有更好的振动衰减性能。Polygonal wear of high-speed train wheels aggravates wheel-rail interaction,resulting in abnormal vibrations of vehicle and track structure and premature failure of components,even the potential safety hazards.In this paper,the influence of wheel polygon wear on the vibration level of track components was studied.The vibration accelerations of the track components were measured when a high-speed railway train with or without wheel polygonal wear passed through a bridge or a tunnel section.The results show that before the wheel turning,the vibrations of rail,fastening elastic rod and track slab increase obviously when the vehicle passing through the bridge section,and the vibrations of rail and fastening elastic rod increase obviously when the vehicle passing through the tunnel section in comparison with the case after the wheel turning.Vibration caused by wheel polygon wear before wheel turning is obviously reflected in all parts of the track and it’s easy to cause resonance of the elastic rod.The peak value near the characteristic frequency after wheel turning decreases obviously.The vibration level of the vertical acceleration of the track slab in the bridge section caused by wheel polygon is higher than that in the tunnel section.After the wheel turning,the vibration level decrease of the bridge section is larger than that of the tunnel section.The vibration attenuation performance of the tunnel section is better than that of the bridge section under wheel polygon excitation.
