摘　　要：研究甲酸浓度88%、液比12∶1的条件下,蒸煮时间和最高蒸煮温度对麦草浆性能的影响,从而优化甲酸法制浆工艺参数,并对甲酸制浆应用实例Chempolis法中试及DDS蒸煮中试系统进行了简单介绍。In this paper,the effects of cooking time and maximum cooking temperature on the performances of wheat straw pulp were studied under the condition of 88%formic acid concentration and the liquid ratio of 12:1,so as to optimize the technological parameters of formic acid pulping.Moreover,the pilot production line of Chempolis process and DDS cooking pilot system were briefly introduced.
