摘  要:目的:研究在医疗大数据时代的背景下完善医院信息系统课程教学内容与教学方法。方法:根据现代教育教学规律,采用基于讲座的学习(LBL)、基于问题的学习(PBL)和基于团队的学习(TBL)的教学方法,深化教学改革,理论教学与实践教学相结合,探索LBL+PBL+TBL相结合的教学模式。结果:LBL+PBL+TBL相结合的教学模式通过师生、生生间相互影响与合作,突显学生教学主体地位,激发学生主动学习的热情,培养学生的自主学习能力和创新精神,提升学生的专业素养。结论:切实提高课程教学效果与提升教学质量,有利于培养复合型、应用型及创新型医疗信息化人才。Objective:To research the teaching content and teaching methods for the course of hospital information system under the background of medical big data era.Methods:According to the law of modern education and teaching,using lecture-based learning(LBL),problem-based learning(PBL),and team-based learning(TBL),and deepening the teaching reform,and combining theoretical teaching with practical teaching,and exploring the teaching mode of combining LBL,PBL and TBL.Results:Through the interaction and cooperation between teachers and students and among different students,the teaching mode of combining LBL,PBL and TBL highlights the main position of students in teaching,and stimulates students'enthusiasm for active learning,and cultivates self-learning ability and innovative spirit of students,and improves professional quality of students.Conclusion:The teaching mode can effectively improve the teaching effect of the course and enhance the teaching quality,and it is conducive to cultivate the compound type,practical type and innovative-type of medical informationization talents.
