职业技能大赛对现代学徒制人才培养的作用——以三亚航空旅游学院机电设备维修专业为例

摘　　要：对参加职业技能大赛学生的培养与采用现代学徒制模式对学生的培养有异曲同工之处。通过对职业技能大赛和现代学徒制的阐述,分析职业技能大赛与现代学徒制在人才培养过程中的契合点,进而从职业技能大赛有利于推进校企共建现代学徒制人才培养模式、有利于现代学徒制培养过程中学生匠心精神的养成、有利于缩短现代学徒制人才培养时间并降低培养成本、有利于提高现代学徒制人才培养质量四个方面,论述职业技能大赛对现代学徒制人才培养的促进作用。There are similarities between the training of students participating in vocational skill competition and the training of students adopting modern apprenticeship mode.Through the elaboration of vocational skill competition and modern apprenticeship system,this paper analyzes the connection between vocational skill competition and modern apprenticeship system in the process of talent cultivation,and then from the perspective of vocational skill competition,it is beneficial to promote the construction of modern apprenticeship talent cultivation mode between schools and enterprises,to cultivate the students’ingenuity in the process of modern apprenticeship training,and to shorten modern apprenticeship talents.This paper discusses the effective promotion of vocational skills competition to the cultivation of modern apprentice talents from four aspects:training time and reducing the training cost,and improving the quality of modern apprentice talents cultivation.
