摘 要:当前,党和国家高度重视劳动教育的育人功能,高校作为人才培养的主阵地,责无旁贷要开展科学合理的劳动教育。然而,根据调查和研究,高校劳动教育还存在发展不均衡、体制不健全、普及力度小、效果不理想等问题。究其原因主要体现在:主管部门缺乏专项指导性文件、社会对劳动教育的宣导不强、高校人才培养模式出现偏差、家庭劳动教育缺失和大学生自身未能充分认识劳动教育的意义所在等方面。针对这些问题,可从转变观念、科学设置劳动教育的内容、调动师生积极性和融通各方优势资源等方面进行推动。At present, the Party and the national government pay great attention to the educational function of labor education. As the main field of professional education, colleges and universities are responsible for carrying out scientific and reasonable labor education. However, according to the investigation and research, there still exist some problems in the labor education in colleges and universities, such as unbalanced development, imperfect system, weak popularization and unsatisfactory effects. The main reasons are the lack of special guidance documents, weak promotion and guidance from the society, deviation of talent training modes in colleges and universities, lack of family labor education and failure by the college students in fully understanding the significance of labor education. We should solve these problems from the aspects of changing the concept, setting up the scientific content of labor education, motivating the teachers and students, and finally integrating the advantageous resources of all parties.
