摘  要:目的利用血气分析快速鉴别癫痫及非癫痫意识障碍患者。方法收集2016-01-2019-01于福建医科大学附属第二医院急诊科患者500例,根据入组标准及排除标准最终确定183例患者纳入研究,其中癫痫组131例,非癫痫组52例。对入组的患者于发作2 h内进行血气分析,并比较血气分析的结果。结果癫痫组的乳酸、碳酸氢根、阴离子间隙均高于非癫痫组。乳酸及阴离子间隙在鉴别癫痫及非癫痫意识障碍中发挥重要作用。癫痫组中血气分析结果存在性别差异。结论血气分析作为急诊科最常用的检查手段之一,在鉴别癫痫及非癫痫意识障碍患者发挥重要作用。Objective To quickly identify patients with epilepsy and non-epileptic disturbances by blood gas analysis.Methods A total of 500 patients in the emergency department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University were collected from 2016.01-2019.01.According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,183 patients were included in the study,including 131 in the epilepsy group and 52 in the non-epileptic group.Blood gas analysis was performed on the enrolled patients within 2 hours of the onset and the results of the blood gas analysis were compared.Results The lactic acid,bicarbonate,and anion gaps in the epilepsy group were higher than those in the non-epileptic group.Lactic acid and anion gap play an important role in the identification of epilepsy and non-epileptic disturbance.There were gender differences in blood gas analysis results in patients with epilepsy.Conclusion Blood gas analysis is one of the most commonly used examination methods in the emergency department,which plays an important role in the identification of patients with epilepsy and non-epileptic disturbance.
