摘　　要：6S现场管理理论作为一种科学高效的管理理论,其实施的程度将直接影响到企业的效率与成本。随着我国制造业经济水平和技术水平的不断提升,企业对现场管理的标准也随之提高。本研究选取沈阳市X制衣公司为对象进行实地调研,针对公司现场管理的特点以及急需解决的问题,做出具体的6S现场管理规划,并给出相适宜的6S管理详细执行方案、现场管理人员使用的策划方法,同时应用了IE的技术和运营方法,在定置管理、目视管理等层次进行了优化。As a scientific and efficient management theory,the 6S field management theory will directly affect the efficiency and cost of an enterprise.With the continuous improvement of the economic level and technical level of China's manufacturing industry,the standards for field management of enterprises have also increased.This research selected Shenyang X Garment Company as the object to conduct a field survey.According to the characteristics of the company's field management and the problems that need to be solved,a specific 6S field management plan was made,and a detailed 6S management detailed implementation plan and planning methods used by field managers were given.IE's technology and operating method were applied,and the level of setting management and visual management was optimized.
