摘　　要：以产出为教学导向、培养创新型应用人才为目标的生物化学教学改革凸显重要性。为解决传统生物化学实验教学模式下不能很好地发挥学生主观能动性和学习潜力问题,文章提出了以OBE为理念,从预习保障-注重课堂质量-课后提高为主线实施精准教学改革,实现从单纯技能培训到综合素质提高的转变,保障生物化学实验教学质量与教学效果,为培养适用新时代医学发展需要的创新型医学人才打下基础。The reform of biochemistry courses,guided by the outcome-based education and the cultivation of innovative talents,is of great significance.In the traditional teaching mode,students can not fulfill their potential.Based on OBE concept,a new precise teaching mode was established,with serial focuses on preview before class,classroom teaching quality and improvement after class.The teaching methods can improve the teaching quality and cultivate innovative medical talents.
