摘　　要：勃艮第是“天地人”三者的融合。勃艮第复杂的地貌蕴育了成百上千个风格迥异的葡萄园,在此耕作的酒农骨子里信仰自然并坚持传统的酿造方法,他们所做的一切都是为了诠释勃艮第风土的特色。相对来说,年份是勃艮第最大的变数。因为酿酒者的风格一脉相承,风土更是需要历经数百年方能形成,风土更是需要历经数百年方能形成,唯有每年的气候变幻莫测,非人力可控。Bourgogne is a fusion of the"Climate,Terra and Human".Bourgogne's complex landscapes contain hundreds of vineyards of different styles,in which the wine growers believe in nature and adhere to traditional methods of winemaking.All they do is to interpret Bourgogne's"Terroir".Relatively speaking,the vintage is the biggest variable of Bourgogne.Because the style of the winemakers is the same,the terroir needs to be formed over hundreds of years.Only the annual climate is unpredictable and non-manpower controllable.
