摘　　要：自2017年,十五部委联合印发《关于扩大生物燃料乙醇生产和推广使用车用乙醇汽油的实施方案》推广使用车用燃料乙醇方案以来,我国燃料乙醇行业进入了快速发展的阶段。为减少以玉米为原料生产燃料乙醇而产生的"与人争粮"情况,开发不同淀粉质原料生产燃料乙醇具有重要意义。同时,为响应国家粮食"去库存"政策,将陈化水稻作为燃料乙醇生产的原料,开发其生产工艺具有重要意义。本文探讨了除玉米以外的其他多种淀粉质作物作为原料生产燃料乙醇的可行性,包括陈化水稻、脱壳大米及木薯等,并进行不同原料的复配,对原料使用及发酵结果进行分析讨论,以期为燃料乙醇生产工艺提供一定借鉴。Since 2017, the 15 ministries and commissions jointly issued the " Implementation plan for expanding biofuel ethanol production and promoting the use of ethanol gasoline for motor vehicles" to promote the use of vehicle fuel ethanol, China’s fuel ethanol industry has entered a rapid development stage. In order to reduce the situation of "competing with people for grain" in the production of fuel ethanol from corn, it is important to develop different starchy materials to produce fuel ethanol. At the same time, in response to the national grain "de-stocking" policy, it is of great significance to use aged rice as raw material for fuel ethanol production and to develop its production technology. This paper discussed the feasibility of producing fuel ethanol from starchy crops other than corn, including aged rice, shelled rice and cassava, and the compounding of different raw materials. The use of raw materials and fermentation results were analyzed and discussed in order to provide some reference for the production process of fuel ethanol.
