摘 要:介绍了同济大学附属东方医院构建的浸入式医患沟通实训课程培养路径,围绕课程调研、授课内容、课程形式、效果评价等方面进行系统阐述。突出以医患沟通为中心,通过情境体验、小组讨论和教师引导构建浸入式教学课程。重点聚焦临床四大主题八个典型案例,促进医学生自主探索并掌握医患沟通的核心理念和相关技能。课程采用的指导手册全面、实用;案例设计系统、典型;演练情境真实、生动;学习方法主动、高效;测评方式客观、定量,在实践中取得了良好的效果。This article introduces the training path of the immersive doctor-patient communication skills training course at the East Hospital of Tongji University,and elaborates on the curriculum background,teaching content,curriculum form,and effect evaluation.Centering the communication skills between doctors and patients,the immersion teaching system is constructed through situational experience,group discussion,and teacher guidance.It focuses on eight typical cases of clinical four major themes,aiming to promote medical students to explore and master the core concepts and related skills of doctor-patient communication.The instruction manual used in the course is comprehensive and practical.The cases are systematic and typical.The practice situation is almost real and vivid.The learning method is active and efficient,and the evaluation method is objective and quantitative.Therefore,the training has achieved good application results in practice.
