摘  要:以高职乳品工艺专业“乳与乳制品检测技术”课程中乳与乳制品酸度的测定为例,利用手机优慕课V8 APP作为教学平台,将信息化教学手段与具体的教学方法相结合,从教学分析、教学过程设计和教学效果3个方面进行了信息化教学模式的探索和实践。提高了学生的实验操作技能,提升了学生学习的积极性和主动性,对提高教学效率和教学质量具有一定的借鉴意义。This paper took the course determination of acidity of Dairy and Dairy Products Detection Technology in higher vocational college as an example.Using V8 APP as teaching platform,combining information-based teaching means with specific teaching methods,exploration and practice of information-based teaching mode from three aspects of teaching analysis,teaching process design and teaching effect.It's proved that the proper use of information improved not only students'experimental operation skills,learning interest and initiative,but also the teaching efficiency and teaching quality.
