摘 要:目的为了加强教学课题过程管理,改进传统的教育科研项目管理模式、完善教育科研管理制度,探索出适合临床医学院发展的教学科研项目管理模式。方法采取调查问卷,座谈会,现场调研等方法通过将PDCA方法应用于本院教学科研项目管理,对教育教学科研项目实施动态管理,深入了解本院教学课题管理存在的不足和问题。结果自2014年应用PDCA循环理论进行教学课题管理以来,本院的教学课题申报数量和中标率都大有提升,教学成果产出-教师和学生发表教学论文数显著增加。结论说明PDCA方法的应用有利于改变传统的管理方式,能进一步规范教学科研项目管理行为,达到科学化管理。Objective To strengthen the teaching process management,improving the traditional management model of educational and scientific research projects,perfecting the management system of educational scientific research,the management mode of teaching and scientific research projects suitable for the development of clinical medical schools is explored.Methods By means of questionnaires,symposiums and on-site investigations,PDCA method was applied to the management of teaching and scientific research projects in our hospital,implementing dynamic management of educational,teaching and scientific research projects,deeply understanding the deficiencies and problems in the management of teaching topics in our college.Results Since the 2014 PDCA cycle theory was applied to the management of teaching subjects,the number of applications for teaching topics and the rate of winning bids in our hospital have been greatly improved,and output of teaching achievements-the number of teaching papers published by teachers and students has increased significantly.Conclusion It shows that the application of PDCA favorable to change the traditional way of management,can further standardize the management behavior of teaching and research projects and achieve scientific management.
