摘　　要：目的探讨创伤外科优秀青年医师的培养经验,从而进一步提升创伤外科医疗质量和管理水平。方法回顾近年来本科在医学生本科实习和外科住院医师规范化培训的培养方面取得的经验并进行总结归纳。结果在培养过程中,需引导青年医师做到以下几点:要发自内心热爱本职工作、要提升自身的医德修养和人文修养、养成高效率、高质量的临床工作习惯和基于临床的科学研究习惯。结论优秀创伤外科青年医师的培养,不仅关系到医院严重创伤救治水平的提升,更是关系到医院的建设发展大局的关键举措。Objective To explore the training experience of outstanding young doctors in trauma surgery,so as to improve the medical quality level of trauma surgery.Methods The experience of our department in recent years in the cultivation of medical students’undergraduate practice and standardized training of surgical residents was reviewed and summarized.Results In the cultivation,young doctors should be guided to do the following:to love their work from the bottom of their hearts,to improve their medical ethics and humanistic cultivation,to develop clinical work habits and clinical based scientific research habits with high efficiency and high quality.Conclusion The cultivation of outstanding young trauma surgeons are not only related to the improvement of the level of severe trauma treatment in hospitals,but also related to the overall situation of hospital construction and development.
