摘 要:目的探讨精细化管理的应用对儿科护理临床教学的影响。方法通过精选护理教师队伍,精准临床教学目标,制定详尽教学计划,编写实习手册,细化教学流程,建立师生沟通机制,严格实施评价等措施对儿科实习护生实施精细化管理。结果精细化管理的实施明确儿科护理临床教学的目标和任务、教师责任、评价指标等,优化教学流程,规范儿科护理临床教学,显著提高教学效率及实习护生对临床教学的满意度。结论精细化管理在儿科护理临床教学中的应用效果显著,促进临床教学水平的提高。Objective To explore the application of fine management in clinical teaching of pediatric nursing.Methods For the nursing trainees in pediatric ward,the application of fine management includes selection of teachers team,accurate objectives of clinical teaching,detailed teaching schedule,compilation of practice manuals,refinement of teaching process,establishment of teacher-trainee communication,and strict implementation of evaluation.Results With fine management,the objectives and tasks of clinical teaching was clarified,the responsibilities of teachers were clear,as well as the evaluation indicators.The optimization of clinical teaching process was helpful for standardizing clinical teaching of pediatric nursing.And the teaching efficiency and trainees’ satisfaction with clinical teaching were obviously improved.Conclusion The effect of fine management on clinical teaching of pediatric nursing is significant and play an important role to promote clinical teaching quality.
