摘　　要：目的评价结合微信的基于问题的教学法(problem based learning,PBL)应用于神经内科住院医师规范化培训的可行性及有效性。方法选取12名2018年6-2018年7月在神经内科轮转的接受结合微信的PBL教学法的住院医师规范化培训学员作为实验组,并另外选取16名2018年4-2018年5月接受传统教学法的学员作为对照组。两组学员在脑血管疾病培训结束进行理论知识,临床技能以及问卷调查。比较分析上述两组的结果。结果实验组与对照组相比,理论知识成绩[(92.23±1.98)分vs.(88.22±2.58)分,P <0.05]及临床技能成绩[(94.23±1.20)分vs.(91.32±1.11)分,P <0.05]都更好。在问卷调查方面,实验组在提高学习兴趣、培养文献阅读能力、增强语言表达能力、锻炼临床思维、提高团队协作能力均优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论在神经内科住院医师规范化培训中,结合微信的PBL是一种有效的教学方法。Objective To explore the feasibility and effectiveness of problem based learning(PBL) combined with WeChat when applied to standardized residents training in neurology.Methods We selected 12 residents receiving standardized training in Neurology Department from June to July 2018 for the study.They were trained with PBL combined with WeChat(experiment group).Assessments including theoretical knowledge,clinical skill and a questionnaire were carried out after the cerebrovascular disease training.The scores were compared with 16 of the others residents trained in Neurology Department who were trained with lecture based learning(LBL) from April to May 2018(control group).Results The results of theoretical knowledge [(92.23 ± 1.98) points vs.(88.22±2.58) points,P<0.05] and clinical skill of experimental group [(94.23±1.20) points vs.(91.32±1.11) points,P<0.05] were superior to those of control group.The questionnaire results also showed those of the experiment group were better than those of the control group in increasing students’ interest in learning;enhancing their abilities in language expression;enhancing their abilities of reading medical articles;training clinical thinking;expanding their abilities of team work(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL combined with We Chat is an effective teaching method in standardized resident training in neurology.
