摘  要:人文关怀是医学的核心属性,也是医务工作者必须具备的基本素养。医学人文教育贯穿医学教育的始终。住院医师规范化培训已实施多年,教学大纲中对人文教育也有比较高的要求。然而在规培教学的过程中,笔者发现学员普遍对医学人文的重要性认识不足,在日常诊疗活动中也不能很好的践行人文关怀,这些都是人文教育在医学教育中没有得到足够重视的具体体现。文章以笔者教学胃肠造影检查为例,通过检查过程中对患者人文关怀的具体实践和切实体会,浅谈目前医学院校及医疗机构在医学人文教育方面存在的一些问题,以及如何在规范化培训教学过程中更好的落实对住院医师的医学人文再教育。Humanistic care is the core attribute of medicine and also the basic accomplishment that medical workers must have.Medical humanistic education should run throughout the whole process of medical education.Standardized training for resident doctors has been implemented for many years,and there are also high requirements for humanistic education in the syllabus.However,in the process of teaching,the author found that students did not realize the importance of humanistic care generally in the daily clinic activities and did not practice humanistic care well,which has incarnated that humanistic education has not been taken seriously in medical education.This paper takes the author’s teaching of gastroenterography as an example and through the concrete practice and practical experience of humanistic care for patients in the examination process,briefly discusses the problems existing in medical humanistic education in medical colleges and medical institutions at present,as well as,how to implement the reeducation of medical humanities in the teaching process of standardized training.
