摘 要:利用CFD软件Converge进行数值计算,研究分析了燃烧室结构参数对共轨柴油机排放特性的影响规律,并进行了各结构参数对柴油机排放性能的灵敏度分析。结果表明:NOx排放受口径比影响最大,敞口角是影响Soot排放的关键参数,上止点间隙和碗底圆弧半径是影响排放的次要因素。适当减小口径比以及增大敞口角可以减少Soot与NOx的排放;碗底圆弧半径为15 mm时NOx排放量最少,上止点间隙为6.5 mm时NOx排放量最少,上止点间隙与碗底圆弧半径对Soot排放量影响均很小。The numerical calculation was carried out by using the CFD software CONVERGE.The influence of combustion chamber structural parameters on the emission characteristics of common rail diesel engine was studied and analyzed.The sensitivity of structural parameters to the emission performance of the diesel engine was also analyzed.The results show that the aperture ratio has the greatest effect on NOx emission,the opening angle is the key parameter affecting the soot emission,and the TDC clearance and the radius of bowl bottom arc are the secondary factors affecting the emission.Decreasing the aperture ratio properly and increasing the opening angle can reduce the soot and NOx emissions.And the lowest NOx emission can be obtained when the radius of bowl bottom arc is 15 mm or the TDC clearance is 6.5 mm.The radius of bowl bottom arc and the TDC clearance have slight influence on soot emission.
