摘 要:目的培养学生的动手能力及创新思维能力。方法针对新疆医科大学目前营养与食品卫生学课程实验教学出现的问题,提出建议。结果改进部分实验分析方法,机房的电脑安装膳食计算软件,应用PBL教学模式,引入Seminar-CBL教学法,完善实验课考核方式。结论实验教学改革中增加创新性实验内容,可以提升学生的学习兴趣、自主学习和独立思考能力,将所学应用到实践中,增加与现实生活的关联性。Objective In order to cultivate the operative ability and innovative thinking ability in the students.Mehtods iming at the problems in the experimental teaching of nutrition and food hygiene courses,the suggestions were put forward for perfecting the evaluation mode in the experimental course.Results Part of experimental analysis methods were improved and software of meal calculation installed in computers.The application of PBL teaching mode in nutrition and food hygiene experimental course,seminar-CBL teaching methods were introduced to constanly improve the education method of the experimental class.Conclusions Adding innovative experimental content in experimental teaching can enhance the learning interest,autonomous study and independent thinking ability of the students.The application of what they learned will improve the relationship between theory and practice.
