摘　　要：具有神经肌肉阻断活性的药物通常称为神经肌肉阻断剂,具有骨骼肌松弛作用,可作为手术麻醉的辅助药物广泛应用于手术的气管插管。对传统药物的化学结构进行修饰以及对新型结构化合物的探索,可得到具有神经肌肉阻断活性的新型化合物。综述了近几年来报道的具有潜在价值的新型神经肌肉阻断活性化合物,主要按化学结构对其进行分类,并从构效关系、药理活性等方面对这些活性化合物进行概述,为后续该类药物的开发提供一定的帮助。The neuromuscular blocking active compounds which have been listed as medicine are usually called neuromuscular blocking agents.They have relaxation effect of skeletal muscle and can be widely used in tracheal intubation as auxiliary drugs of surgical anesthesia.By modifying the chemical structure of traditional drugs and exploring new structural compounds,a new type of compounds with neuromuscular blocking activity can be obtained.New neuromuscular blocking active compounds with potential value reported in recent years are summarized,which are classified base on the chemical structure,and summarized in terms of structure-activity relationship,pharmacological activity,and so on.It provides some help for the follow-up development of this kind of drugs.
