摘  要:职业技术教育专业硕士设置的目标在于提升技能型人力资源质量、奠定中职卓越教师培养基础、促进中职教师专业发展和完善教育硕士学位体系。但在实践过程中由于职业教育社会吸引力低迷、专业与教育双重背景的教师缺乏、培养与教学资源建设尚在开拓期、校企校协同培养体系尚未形成等原因,培养高校逐渐陷入生源质与量需要提升、能力培养难以一体化、过程支撑缺乏、考核评价标准不契合的困境。破解困境需要优化职教教育硕士发展的政策环境、构建专业教育教研能力形成的指导机制、推进教材编写与教学案例库建设和建立凸显职教师范性的考核评价标准。The objective of the professional master of vocational and technical education(later for master of vocational education)is to improve the quality of skilled human resources,lay the foundation for training excellent teachers in secondary vocational schools,promote the professional development of secondary vocational school teachers and improve the master of education degree system.But in the process of practice,the social appeal of vocational education is low,teachers with both professional and educational backgrounds are insufficient,training and teaching resource construction is still in development period,and the school-enterprise-school collaborative training system has not yet formed,which result in that the training colleges and universities are gradually falling into the dilemma that the quality and quantity of students need to be improved,the ability cultivation cannot be integrated,the process support is lacking,and the assessment and evaluation standards do not match.To solve the dilemma,it is necessary to optimize the policy environment for the development of master of vocational education,construct the guidance mechanism for the formation of teaching and research ability in professional education,promote the compilation of textbooks and the construction of teaching case base,and establish the evaluation criteria to highlight the teachers’characteristics.
