摘 要:盘形制动是一种广泛应用于轨道列车和汽车的制动方式。在制动过程中制动盘及制动闸瓦会产生大量热量,从而影响制动性能,故对制动盘进行热分析十分必要。基于盘形制动在列车上的运用情况及重要性,介绍了列车制动盘常用材料、制动盘结构型式及相关的热分析研究,并对不同的制动盘热分析方法进行分析比较,最后对列车制动盘热分析的现状及发展方向进行了总结和展望。Disc brake is widely used for railway vehicles and cars.During the braking process,the brake disc and the brake shoe generate a large amount of heat,which affects the braking performance,so it is necessary to perform thermal analysis on the brake disc.Based on the application and importance of disc braking on trains,the common materials,structure types and related thermal analysis of train brake discs were introduced,and different thermal analysis methods of brake discs were compared.Finally,the present situation and development direction of thermal analysis of train brake discs were summarized and prospected.
