摘　　要：为建立造纸法再造烟叶动态摩擦系数的测定方法,考察对动态摩擦系数变异系数具有影响的若干参数,分析不同参数对动态摩擦系数变异系数的影响,即滑块质量、滑行速度、滑行记取距离。结果表明,随着滑块质量的增加,动态摩擦系数逐渐增大,其变异系数逐渐变小;随着滑块滑行速度、滑行距离逐渐增大,动态摩擦系数变异系数逐渐变小;滑块质量500 g,滑块滑行速度20 mm/s,滑行距离确定40~60 mm时,变异系数较小,测定结果较稳定。To establish a method for the determination of dynamic friction coefficient of paper-making process reconstituted tobacco, the effects of different parameters on variation coefficient of dynamic friction coefficient were analyzed, including slide quality, sliding speed and sliding distance. Within the test range, the results showed that with the increase of the sliding mass, the dynamic friction coefficient increased and the coefficient of variation became smaller;With the increase of sliding speed and sliding distance, the coefficient of dynamic friction coefficient became smaller;When the sliding mass of 500 g, and the sliding speed of the slider of 20 mm/s, as well as the sliding distance of 40-60 mm, the coefficient of variation was small, and the result was stable.
