摘　　要：针对方形块茶人工成型包装存在的效率低、外观一致性差等问题,基于PLC和HMI控制技术,提出一种针对方形块茶的自动化成型包装设备,该设备集包装棉纸供应、块茶成型、棉纸折叠、块茶回收等工序于一体,并能有效衔接各工序的自动化生产。经生产实践,该设备具有结构紧凑、占地面积小、生产效率高、包装外观一致性好等特点,具有良好的社会效益和经济效益。Aiming at the problems of low efficiency and poor consistency of square cake tea artificial forming packaging, a kind of automatic molding packaging equipment for square cake tea based on PLC and HMI control technology was developed. Cotton paper supply, cake tea molding, cotton paper folding, cake tea recycling and other processes were packed in the equipment. The equipment could link the automated production of each process effectively. The test results of production practice showed that the equipment had the characteristics of compact structure, small floor space, high production efficiency, good consistency of packaging appearance, etc., and had good social and economic benefits.
