摘 要:以南京地铁5号线山西路站-虹桥站区间盾构隧道穿越中山北路金川河桥桩基工程为例,详细分析该工程的特点和难点。充分考虑工程周边场地环境条件及桥下施工作业空间狭小的特点,提出采用锚杆静压钢管桩的门架式桩基托换思路及狭窄空间下拉拔桩基主筋的施工工艺,给出该工程桩基托换设计方案。为确保受力转换过程中桥梁结构安全,在桥面及桥梁结构上布置沉降及应变监测点。监测结果表明,施工结束后,桥面及桥梁结构未出现任何裂缝,结构完好;桥面最大沉降仅为6. 8mm。Based on the pile foundation project of Jinchuan River Bridge in Zhongshan Road,which was crossed by shield tunnel between Shanxi Road and Hongqiao Road station of Nanjing Metro Line 5,the characteristics and difficulties of the project are analyzed in detail. Taking full account of the environmental conditions of the surrounding site and the narrow working space under the bridge,the gantry-type underpinning technology of pile foundation using pressed-steel pipe pile by anchor rod is put forward. In the meantime,the pile pulling construction technology in narrow space by pulling the main reinforcement is proposed. And the design scheme of pile underpinning was established. To ensure the safety of the bridge structure during the force transfer,the settlement and strain monitoring points are arranged on the bridge deck and in the bridge structure. The monitoring results showed that,after the completion of the construction,the structure of the bridge is in good condition without any cracks and the maximum settlement of the bridge deck is only 6. 8 mm.
