从五辨探讨周围性面瘫无证可辨问题的诊治思路

摘　　要：周围性面瘫为临床常见病,由于本病临床表现多以颜面局部症状为主,缺乏全身性的临床表现,故难以形成可用于辨证的有效证候群,从而导致周围性面瘫无证可辨。"五辨"即辨症、辨证、辨机、辨人和辨病,为李灿东教授首创,对解决无证可辨的疾病具有指导意义。本文从五辨出发,介绍周围性面瘫的临床诊治思路。Peripheral facial paralysis is a common clinical disease.As the clinical manifestations of this disease are mostly local facial symptoms and lack of systemic ones,it is difficult for an effective syndrome group to be formed that can be used for differentiation of syndromes,resulting in no-syndrome differentiable problem of peripheral facial paralysis.Five differentiations initiated by Professor LI Candong refer to the differentiations of symptom,syndrome,mechanism,constitution and disease,which are of guiding significance to the treatment of no-syndrome differentiable diseases.This paper introduces the clinical diagnosis and treatment of peripheral facial paralysis from five differentiations.
