摘  要:21世纪,随着经营环境的不断变化,企业面临着战略的转型、人才的竞争和正在发生的未来。企业若想在激烈的竞争中保持优势竞争地位,就必须拥有高素质的员工队伍,就必须将企业培训体系与企业发展战略相结合。本文以苏宁易购为例,从战略性人力资源管理视角分析苏宁初期和新时期的员工培训,以及员工培训体系是如何体现企业的战略目标的,并阐述了战略性人力资源管理下的员工培训。In the 21st century,with the changing business environment,enterprises are faced with strategic transformation,talent competition and the ongoing future.If an enterprise wants to maintain its competitive position in the fierce competition,it must have a high-quality staff team,and must combine the enterprise training system with the enterprise development strategy.Taking suning tesco as an example,this paper analyzes the employee training in the early and new period of suning from the perspective of strategic human resource management,as well as how the employee training system reflects the strategic objectives of the enterprise,and expounds the employee training under strategic human resource management.
