摘　　要：为了更好地服务于专业, 提升专业人才培养质量, 高职英语教学团队在加强教学团队建设方面积极进行探索和实践, 在加强师资队伍培养、 与专业英语融合等方面采取了一系列有效措施, 促进了英语教学改革的发展。In order to better serve the profession and improve the quality of vocational personnel training,the English teaching team of higher vocational actively explores and practices in strengthening the construction of teaching team.A series of effective measures have been taken to strengthen the training of teachers and to integrate with professional English,which has promoted the development of English teaching reform.
