中等职业教育发展现状分析

摘　　要：大力发展中等职业教育,对于优化我国中等教育结构,提高劳动者素质,促进劳动就业和经济增长方式的根本转变,保持社会稳定,推动社会进步具有十分重要的作用。论文主要对我国中等职业教育教师队伍存在的问题、我国机械制造行业发展的特点等进行了综述。在调查研究的基础上,借鉴国外课程内容在技能和创新能力培养方面的先进经验,进行课程体系和课程内容改革。vigorously developing secondary vocational education plays a very important role in optimizing China's secondary education structure,improving the quality of laborers,promoting the fundamental transformation of employment and economic growth mode,maintaining social stability and promoting social progress.This paper mainly summarizes the problems existing in the secondary vocational education teachers and the characteristics of the development of China's machinery manufacturing industry.On the basis of investigation and research,the advanced experience of foreign curriculum contents in the cultivation of skills and innovation ability is used for reference to carry out the reform of curriculum system and curriculum contents.
