摘　　要：随着社会不断发展,以往培养师范生教学技能的方法已经不再适用,且诸多弊端也对师范生未来职业发展造成巨大影响。因此,本文针对高师院校师范生教学技能培养中存在的问题进行分析,并提出相应解决策略。With the continuous development of society, the methods used to train the teaching skills of normal school students are no longer applicable, and many drawbacks also have a great impact on the future career development of normal school students. Therefore, this paper analyses the problems existing in the training of teaching skills of normal university students, and puts forward corresponding solutions.
