摘　　要："一村多名大学生计划"作为一种新型的职业农民和高等职业教育人才培养形式,在分析专业背景、生源特点和培养目标需求的基础上,结合咸宁农村发展、农业生产规律,探索和构建了现代农业技术专业"模块教学、阶段培养、周期训练、分类指导"教学模式。As a new type of professional peasants and higher vocational education personnel training form,the"One Village and More College Students Plan"explores and constructs the teaching mode of"module teaching,stage training,cycle training and classified guidance"for modern agricultural technology specialty on the basis of analyzing the professional background,the characteristics of students and the needs of training objectives,and combining the rural development and agricultural production laws of Xianning.
