Objective To explore the application effect of CBL combined with PBL method in dermatovenereology teaching in order to improve the teaching quality. Methods 80 students majoring in clinical medicine in 2014 were randomLy divided into two groups. The traditional teaching method was used in 40 cases in the control group and CBL combined with PBL teaching method was used in another 40 cases in the experimental group to evaluate the teaching effect of the two groups. Results The score of the experimental group was(88.44±4.38),higher than that of the control group(82.51±5.05),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent rate of the experimental group was 40.00%,which was much higher than 10.00%of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of both groups exceeded the passing line. For the nine indicators reflecting the teaching effect, the satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion CBL combined with PBL teaching method is significantly better than the traditional teaching method for students to learn dermatovenereology, which enhance students’performance and learning ability.
