摘  要:本文基于新时代的法学本科教育教学改革背景,对翻转课堂的教学模式开展研究。首先从教学本质理论、教学目标理论和教学指导理论方面分析翻转课堂的可行性和有效性,其次对翻转课堂与传统课堂进行比较,为准确界定翻转课堂的教学理念奠定基础,同时对BOPPPS教学模式下的翻转课堂进行实证研究,为高校教师实施翻转课堂教学提供具体的可操作性方案。The theme of the national conference on undergraduate education in colleges and universities in the New Era is to comprehensively revitalize China's undergraduate education.At the same time,the General Secretary stressed that law education should deal with the relationship between knowledge teaching and practical teaching,innovate practical teaching mode,and cultivate outstanding legal talents with innovative spirit and practical ability.Based on the background of education and teaching reform in the new era,this paper studies the teaching mode of flipped classroom.Currently,it is the primary problem of teaching reform and innovation in the academic circle that how to accurately understand the teaching concept of flipped classroom,especially how to effectively apply the flipped classroom model in teaching practice.Based on the background of education and teaching reform in the New Era,this paper studies the teaching mode of flipping classroom.Firstly,it analyzes the feasibility and effectiveness of the flipping classroom from the aspects of teaching essence theory,teaching goal theory and teaching guidance theory.Secondly,the author compares the flipping classroom with the traditional classroom,lays a foundation for accurately defining the teaching concept of the flipping classroom,and conducts empirical research on the flipping classroom under the BOPPPS teaching mode,providing specific operability for the college teachers to implement the flip classroom teaching.Program.Under the current empirical research on the effectiveness of flipping classrooms,the author expects to provide an empirical basis for the reform of colleges and universities using the flip classroom teaching model.
